Fort Collins Needs Your Water Pledge

Posted on: Apr-06-2016

The City of Fort Collins has joined the National Mayor's Challenge for Water Conservation, a friendly competition from April 1-30 between cities across the U.S. to see who can be the most 'water-wise'. Mayors and civic leaders nationwide have challenged their residents to conserve water on behalf of their city.

Join Fort Collins Mayor Wade Troxell and make your pledge today at http://mywaterpledge.com . This pledge challenges residents to conserve water above and beyond typical daily practices. Last year, Fort Collins placed 6th in cities of similar size and is aiming to finish 1st this year.

Residents from winning cities will have the opportunity to win hundreds of prizes, including a Toyota Prius Plug-In, water-saving fixtures and gift certificates.
