Manage your utility bills electronically with e-Bill, our easy-to-use, convenient, secure system. Customers may:
enroll in e-Bill to view and pay bills with a checking or savings account
- make one-time payments using a checking account, savings account or credit card (a convenience fee applies)
- Pay bills with Visa, MasterCard or Discover using our 24/7 automated phone system at 970-212-2900.
- If your utility service has been disconnected due to non-payment, you may make a full payment by phone to be restored.
