Residential and Commercial Payment Options

If you are having difficulty paying your bills, contact us as soon as possible at 970-212-2900 to set up a payment arrangement or to be connected with one of our partner agencies that distribute payment assistance on our behalf. For Utilities updates about COVID-19, visit

  • Sign up for e-Bill, our secure system, to view and pay bills with a checking or savings account.
  • Make one-time payments using a checking account, savings account or credit card (a convenience fee applies).

Utilities customer service lobby will be reopening on Monday, June 15. Hours will be Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. until further notice. 

Payments can still be made online, over the phone, by mail or via drop box, First National Bank and other third-party locations. For Utilities updates about COVID-19, visit

The drop box is located on the east side of the building in the alley (map). Payments are collected weekdays. Do not place cash in drop box.

Cash Payments:
Cash payments can be made at the drive-through windows at First National Bank. Please do not mail cash or place it in the dropbox.

Payments can also be made with third parties, such as King Soopers or Walmart; however, processing takes several days longer.
