Pay Your Bill

Online
Manage your utility bills electronically with e-Bill, our easy-to-use, convenient, secure system. Customers may:

  • enroll in e-Bill to view and pay bills with a checking or savings account
  • make one-time payments using a checking account, savings account or credit card (a convenience fee applies)

By Phone
Pay bills with Visa, MasterCard or Discover using our 24-hour automated phone system at 970-212-2900.

Mail
Do not mail cash. Send your payment and bill stub to:

Late Payment Fees
Fees are assessed on unpaid balances 23 days after the due date.


Telephone Consumer Protection Act
Utilities customers authorize, and consent to the City of Fort Collins and/or its outside agencies, counsel, or other agents to contact them in connection with any matters relating to unpaid past-due charges.

Utilities offers a variety of programs to help make utilities more affordable. Programs include the Payment Assistance Fund and Medical Assistance Program, among others.
