Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover using our 24/7 automated phone system.

As of March 18 at noon, all City facilities will be closed to the public due to COVID-19 concerns. Utilities customer service will still be open via phone and email. Payments can be made online, over the phone, by mail or via drop box. For Utilities updates about COVID-19, visit fcgov.com/utilities/covid-19.
