Utility Bill Drop Boxes to be Removed by Year-End

As of January 1, Fort Collins Utilities is discontinuing the use of drop boxes to collect bill payments, with the exception of the drop box at Utilities Customer Service, 117 N. Mason St.Online and phone payments offer more convenience for customers and are much less expensive for Utilities to process. Both phone and online payments are available 24/7. They also offer higher security and are a more sustainable option than drop boxes.
Customers may still make their payments via the envelope included with their bill, online at https://www.fcgov.com/utilities or by calling 970-212-2900.
