Multi-Family Property Owners and Managers Luncheon, April 23

Multi-family property owners and managers are invited to a complimentary luncheon hosted by Fort Collins Utilities Tuesday, April 23, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Midtown Arts Center, 3750 S. Mason St.

“Multi-family customers are critical to Fort Collins Utilities in our university community,†said René Evenson, small and mid-size accounts coordinator, Fort Collins Utilities. “We are trying to find ways to build this relationship and better serve these customers.â€

Learn how a local apartment complex significantly reduced utility costs by taking advantage of Utilities rebates to reduce indoor water use. Presentations also include information on:

• water restrictions
• customer support options
• electric and water grant and rebates
