ClimateWise Welcomes Six New Business Partners

ClimateWise welcomed six new businesses to the program in January and February of 2013, including Cranknstein, Cuppy’s Coffee Shop, Stuft - a burger bar, Suehiro, U.S. Forest Service, Bldg. E, and USGS Fort Collins Science Center.ClimateWise is a voluntary program sponsored by the City of Fort Collins and nearly 350 business partners participate through waste and transportation reductions and energy and water conservation.
Since 2000, ClimateWise business partners, which range from large to small organizations, have achieved a cumulative savings of nearly $59 million and diverted more than 254,000 tons of waste from the landfill by reducing, reusing and recycling.
