Winterizing your Outdoor Dining Spaces
As winter is approaching, and outdoor dining becomes chillier, we expect tents and heaters to be added to both permanent and temporary outdoor dining spaces.
To add heaters to your spaces please fill out a PFA permit here: https://www.poudre-fire.org/online-services/contractors-plan-reviews-and-permits/ast-ust-permit-application
For tents over 400 square feet, or general tent questions, please contact Justin Moinester firstname.lastname@example.org.
See below for the Outdoor Dining Guidance.

- Contractor Licensing – please submit electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org, original signed/stamped bonds will need to be mailed to the address listed on the Engineering webpage, prior to approval.
Review of plans and permit applications will continue, with much of our staff either working remotely or practicing social distancing in the office. Please note the City will make it best efforts to review all permits, licenses, etc., but anticipate delays in the process during this time. Engineering recommends that permits be applied for when declarations are lifted.
For now, we will be continuing inspections to sites as necessary:
- Development Inspections: 970-221-6609
- Right-of-way Inspections: Jason Martin: 970-416-2779, Ryan Boehle: 970-416-2906
