The City of Fort Collins does not offer rental assistance or financial counseling. Community partners provide services that may assist renters struggling financially due to COVID-19.

Any citizen seeking information about his or her individual rights and responsibilities should contact a private attorney, or seek other legal assistance. Neighborhood Services staff cannot offer any legal advice.
Landlord & Tenant Education
The City of Fort Collins Neighborhood Services is currently evaluating Landlord & Tenant Education Programs and partnering with local organizations and other City departments to offer new educational opportunities. Landlord & Tenant classroom-based programs are not scheduled for 2019, but we look forward to providing additional resources and education sessions in 2020. Stay tuned for schedule and registration information.
