Carson Hamlin, FCTV Manager - With more than 20 years of experience in video engineering and production management for the City, Carson Hamlin is the Citys lead for video and television production. Carson oversees the technical aspects of video communication for the City and for Larimer County and is the Citys cable franchise administrator. In addition, he is the staff liaison between the City and all other Public Access, Education and Government (PEG) entities in Fort Collins.

Mark Grant, Producer/Videographer/Editor - Mark Grant has been with FCTV since its early days. Mark started out as a camera operator and worked his way into shooting, editing and producing complete videos. Mark, or That Video Guy, can be seen around town getting that perfect shot for his latest production.

Anne McHaffey, Production Specialist, Duplication - Anne McHaffey provides video production support for FCTV in addition to coordinating the FCTV video scroll and programming. Anne is responsible for the setup, recording and cablecast of City Council Meetings and Work Sessions. She has also worked to ensure that the public is provided access to its city government through FCTVs streaming archive and video duplication services. In addition, she assists with studio productions and editing of informational programs.

Justine Vonkoepping, Production Specialist, Scheduling - Justine Vonkoepping serves as the primary video liaison for Larimer County and provides general video support for all City staff. Justine, who joined the City in 2007, also serves as general administrative support for the Channel 14 group and cablecasts many types of meetings originating from the community room at 215 N. Mason.
