COVID-19 Community Resources#
Community Resource Brochure
The City has created a resource brochure to connect community members impacted by the pandemic with services they need.
United Way's 211 Call Center connects community members to COVID-19 resources for food, medical, mental health, unemployment and utilities/rent assistance needs along with support for:
- Small businesses
Dial 211 or 970-407-7066 or 1-866-485-0211 now to connect with resources.
Adopt A Neighbor
The Adopt A Neighbor program pairs volunteers with neighbors in need. Volunteers assist neighbors who are vulnerable to COVID-19 with regular tasks, such as grocery shopping and delivery, picking up medications, basic errands, driveway shoveling, and outdoor pet care/dog walking. Specific needs and schedules will vary and need to be coordinated by the volunteer and neighbor they are paired with for the program.
VirtuVisit connects isolated older adults to family, friends and the volunteers supporting them. This no cost program provides seniors with user-friendly digital tablets and startup support by trained volunteers.
Utilities Payment Assistance
City of Fort Collins Utilities has a variety of programs to support customers who need assistance with utilities payments, including programs for customers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
