FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The City of Fort Collins Streets and Utilities departments will begin coordinated repair and improvement work in the vicinity of the 100 block of West Mulberry Street starting May 14, 2024.

The work will be done in two phases:

  • Mason and Mulberry Streets: May 14 – June 3, 2024
Includes waterline abandonment and replacement at the intersection of Mason and Mulberry Streets. This will require a full closure lasting approximately two days of northbound Mason Street and a lane closure on westbound Mulberry Street. Street resurfacing will closely follow, with work conducted on the evenings of June 2 and 3. The intersection will be closed evenings/nights during this time period.
  • SW corner of College Avenue and Mulberry Street: July 8 – 26, 2024
Storm water work at this location will require lane closures on southbound College Avenue and eastbound Mulberry Street. Streets repair and resurfacing will closely follow and is anticipated to take about 1.5 weeks. Directional closures will be required during streets work.

All dates are tentative and weather permitting.
