Mason Lot Closure 4/16/18 scheduled through 11/1/18

The Downtown Development Authority have designed various alleys in the downtown area, the next being South Mason Street. To facilitate the construction, the Mason Street Parking Lot will be closed April 16, 2018. During this time, all permit holders have the option to purchase a permit in one of the City’s other lots or parking structures. Structures and Surface Lots

In the Downtown area, the City of Fort Collins has two parking structures and five surface lots available for both hourly and permit parking. Hourly rates for parking structures is $1 per hour, with the first hour free. Free on-street parking is also available.

Open 24 hours and security patrolled. Parking attendants are on duty during business hours, but payments can be made 24/7 using the automated pay machines.

7. Old Town Parking Structure 100 Remington Street
Open 24 hours and security patrolled. Parking attendants are on duty during business hours, but payments can be made 24/7 using the automated pay machines.

8. Oak Remington Lot
Offers both 2-hour parking and permit parking from 8AM - 6PM, designated by signs.

Between Mountain Street and Oak Street $1 per hour Monday -Saturday 7AM-10PM. Parking is free on Sundays and City holidays. Prices vary
10. Firehouse Alley Parking Structure 160 Chestnut Street
Open 24 hours and security patrolled. Payments can be made 24/7 using automated pay machines or FC Parking mobile app.
$1.50 per hour. Parking is free on Sundays and City holidays. Prices vary
