Ad Hoc Boards and Commissions Committee#
Scope of Work#
The Ad Hoc Boards and Commissions Committee was created to consider and make recommendations to the City Council and the City Manager to improve the efficiency and consistency of board and commission processes and to reduce barriers to participation on boards and commissions.
The Committee's work is scheduled to be completed by the end of July 2023.
There are no upcoming meetings currently scheduled.
Meeting Schedule, Location, and Participation#
First Wednesday of every month beginning in January 2023 through July 2023,
CIC Conference Room, City Hall, 300 Laporte Avenue, Building A.
Persons wishing to display presentation materials using the City's display equipment under the Public Comment portion of a meeting must provide any such materials to the City Clerk in a form or format readily usable on the City's display technology no later than two (2) hours prior to the beginning of the meeting at which the materials are to be presented.
Printed copies of presentation materials are appreciated. Twelve (12) copies will be sufficient for the Committee, staff, and any additional Councilmembers who may attend.
