New Wireless Communication Facility#

- This is a new facility.
- The facility may be located on any type of existing structure (building, tower, etc.), or may be placed on a newly constructed tower.

Wireless Communication Facility, Minor Amendment#

- A wireless facility and site plan already exist for this project.
- Any of the following are true:
- The amendment will increase the height of the tower by more than 10%
- The amendment will increase the height of the tower by more than the height of 1 antenna array + 20 feet of separation between the two antennas
- The amendment will add an appurtenance to the body of the tower that would protrude from the edge of the tower more than 20 feet
- The amendment will add an appurtenance to the body of the tower that would protrude from the edge fo the tower more than the width of the tower at the level of the appurtenance
- The amendment will install 5 or more new cabinets
- There are no existing cabinets on the ground and this amendment will install cabinets on the ground
- There are cabinets on the ground and this amendment will install cabinets that are more than 10% larger in height than the existing ground cabinets
- There are cabinets on the ground and this amendment will install cabinets that are more than 10% larger in volume than the existing ground cabinets
- The amendment entails any excavation outside the current site
- The amendment entails any deployment outside the current site
- The amendment would defeat the concealment elements of the eligible support structure
- The amendment would not comply with the conditions of the site plan or other approval
This will be a Minor Amendment process.

- A wireless facility and site plan already exist for this project.
- All of the following are true:
- The amendment will not increase the height of the tower by more than 10%
- The amendment will not increase the height of the tower by more than the height of 1 antenna array + 20 feet of separation between the two antennas
- The amendment will not add an appurtenance to the body of the tower that would protrude from the edge of the tower more than 20 feet
- The amendment will not add an appurtenance to the body of the tower that would protrude from the edge of the tower more than the width of the tower at the level of the appurtenance
- The amendment will not install 5 or more new cabinets
- There are no existing cabinets on the ground and this amendment will not install cabinets on the ground, OR there are cabinets on the ground and this amendment will not install cabinets that are more than 10% larger in height than the existing ground cabinets, OR there are cabinets on the ground and this amendment will not install cabinets that are more than 10% larger in volume than the existing ground cabinets
- The amendment does not entail any excavation outside the current site
- The amendment does not entail any deployment outside the current site
- The amendment would not defeat the concealment elements of the eligible support structure
- The amendment would comply with the conditions of the site plan or other approval
