Council District Map

District boundaries are adjusted prior to each regular election in order to achieve a balance of registered electors in each District. No later than 180 days prior to the next regular election, the City Clerk determines if the number of registered electors in the District containing the lowest number of registered electors is less than 85% of the District with the highest number of registered electors. If so, the City Clerk must recommend boundary changes to achieve the desired balance and the Council must establish boundary changes at least 120 days prior to the election.

The map linked to below, which was adopted by the Council in November 2006, became effective on November 17, 2006 and will remain in effect until November 2008.
