In 2018, the Public Participation Subcommittee will be focusing their efforts on:
- Crafting a communications plan on the 2017 Boards and Commissions Report
- Exploring potential barriers to participation on Budgeting for Outcomes team
Public Participation Report#
The Public Participation Subcommittee's 2017 workplan targeted public engagement strategies around Boards and Commissions, Budgeting for Outcomes teams, and the CityWorks program. After a thorough investigation of the Boards and Commissions process, the team identified major findings. This report provides details as to the team's finding with a full list of recommendations.
