City Park Center

Edora Pool Ice Center (EPIC)
Located at 1801 Riverside Dr. Two multi-purpose rooms available at $35 per hour, space for parties will not be allowed in the lobby. Each room comfortably fits 20-25 people with tables and chairs. Set-up time and clean-up time must be included in the rental. EPIC does provide table and chairs for use, but it is your responsibility to set-up and clean-up. All reservations must be paid for at the time of the reservation. Use of the rink or pool is not included, but is allowed at regular cost or a group rate if there are 10+ paying to use the facility and a 48-hour notice is given. The Farm at Lee Martinez Park
Located at 600 N. Sherwood St. The Farm offers one classroom with a kitchenette available for rent at $30 per hour during open hours and $38 per hour during closed hours. Maximum capacity for The Farm's classroom is 80 people. The Farm provides 60 chairs and 10 6-foot tables. The kitchen offers access to a refrigerator, microwave, and stove.
Reserve The Farm for a birthday party also! Children meet the animals, ride a pony (an extra $1 per rider), or go on a hayride. The Farm host/hostess will take care of all the details to ensure a "stress-free" day for you. Parties are held on weekends with a $90 minimum charge, which covers up to eight children, ages three to nine. Each additional child (12 children max) is $10 per child ($1 extra for pony riders). The Farm provides a decorated room, table settings, lemonade and a bandana for each child. Call Farm staff at 221-6665 to reserve your space today!
The Fort Collins Senior Center
Located at 1200 Raintree Dr. The Senior Center features three large multi-use rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. For conferences or meetings, the center has TVs, VCRs, projectors, a sound system, a podium, assisted listening devices, a large lobby for reception and 160 parking spaces. The Gardens on Spring Creek (PDF 39KB)
The Gardens on Spring Creek - Located at 2145 S. Centre Dr. Sunlit classroom adjacent to greenhouse available for meetings and events. The Evelyn Clark Classroom (the classroom) at the Gardens on Spring Creek is approximately 900 square feet in size. Mulberry Pool
Located at 424 W. Mulberry Street. Celebrate with us and enjoy using our new bouldering wall in the party room as part of your event for $45 per hour. Or just enjoy our reserved party space on deck for $35 per hour.
Want to include swimming too? For an additional fee of $2.75 per party guest, you can also swim. Space is limited, so reservations are required. No parties will be allowed in the lobby or the upstairs seating areas. Call 221-6657 for information.
Northside Aztlan Community Center
Located at 112 E. Willow St. NACC can be rented for many occasions including birthdays, weddings and parties. Northside Aztlan Center also caters to meetings, conferences and special events. Call Elaine at 970.221.6723 for more information or availability.
Youth Activity Center
Located at 415 E. Monroe Dr. the gym is available for rental at $45 an hour, plus an additional supervisor cost. For more information, call the YAC staff at 221-6309.
