The annual City Community Scorecard is out! Similar to a student’s report card, the Community Scorecard measures how well the City is doing in meeting its established goals through performance measures and data.
The data comes from multiple sources, including the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Center for Performance Measurement, operational data, and the 2010 Citizen Survey and City departments. This is the third year the City has prepared the document.
Commitment to Excellence
City Manager, Darin Atteberry states, “Our mission at the City of Fort Collins is exceptional service for an exceptional community. As an organization, we have an absolute commitment to continuous improvement, open communication and pursuing best practices. The Community Scorecard is another way the City is measuring performance and looking for opportunities to improve.”
