Project Closeout#

All tasks in citizen access need to be completed to closeout a project:

Uncompleted permits will expire. Expired permits become an open violation on the property. 

Completed projects will show a "completed" status in citizen access.

Some projects will receive a completion document which can be downloaded from Citizen Access (under the attachments tab)

  • Letter of Completion (LOC):
    • Shell only buildings intended for occupancy at a later time
    • Remodels
  • Certificate of Occupancy (CO):
    • New buildings to be occupied
    • First time tenant to occupy a core and shell building/space
    • Change of use or occupancy
