Liquor Licensing#

Licensees impacted by COVID-19 should visit fcgov.com/business for links to the State's Executive Orders and for information about small business loans. Additional resources and links are provided below.

The City of Fort Collins will not allow, and will not be accepting applications for, temporary communal outdoor dining areas pursuant to Executive Order D2020 093.

Please note that there are other options available through temporary modifications of premises. See here for a Temporary Modification of Premise document checklist, application, and questionnaire.

Steps for submitting an application:

Contact Deputy City Clerk Jensen at ajensen@fcgov.com for a secure link with which to submit your application. She is unable to accept any applications sent as an attachment to an email unless otherwise instructed.

Files must be submitted as a PDF.

Pay City Fee online (link is below). Include receipt with your application.
