State Fee Waiver For Certain Applications
State Fee is waived for new applications, and temporary modifications of premise applications received between December 7, 2020, and December 7, 2021 for on-premise liquor licenses ONLY. The State Renewal Fee can be waived for Renewals due between December 7, 2020, and December 7, 2021. Retail Liquor Stores, Liquor Licensed Drugstores, and Off-Premise Fermented Malt Beverage licenses are NOT eligible for this one-time waiver. The City of Fort Collins will not allow, and will not be accepting applications for, temporary communal outdoor dining areas pursuant to Executive Order D2020 093.

Files must be submitted as a PDF.

If there is currently a liquor license at the premise you are considering, you will need to apply for a transfer of ownership.
Specific applications for hotel restaurants, lodging and entertainment, & tavern liquor licenses or fermented malt beverage, beer & wine, retail liquor stores, and club & brew pub licenses.
