Check your application for completeness and legibility!

  • Files must be submitted as a PDF.
  • Pay City Fee online (link is below). Include State and City receipts with your application.
  • If you have any questions please contact Aimee Jensen at or 970.221.6315.
  • After submitting your application using a secure link provided by Aimee Jensen, make an appointment to review your application with her.

Contact Deputy City Clerk Jensen at for a secure link with which to submit your application. She is unable to accept any applications sent as an attachment to an email unless otherwise instructed.

Use this link to pay your State fees! Be sure to include the receipt with your application when submitted to the City Clerk's office. Scroll down a few clicks to get to the Online Payment button.

Pay City Liquor Application and License Fees Online!#

Fees for paying online are as follows: ECheck - $.50. For Debit/Credit card payments is 2% plus $.25, then 2.75% over $2500. If you choose to pay by ECheck make sure you have the correct account and routing number; if incorrect, you will be charged additional fees.
