Welcome Steve Dush, the Citys New Current Planning Director

The City recently hired Steve Dush as the new Current Planning Director. Steve joins the City from the Las Vegas, Nevada area where he served as the Current Planning Manager for the City of Henderson. Prior to living and working in Nevada, Steve was a Planner with the City of Loveland.

Making great places is Steves passion. The Current Planning Department has some ongoing and new priorities such as the Development Review Center, Building Services, Zoning, and Green Building. Steve and his wife have two school-aged children.
