The City of Fort Collins will start construction on two dedicated right turn lanes for northbound and southbound Timberline Road at Kechter Road in early July 2014. The new dedicated turn lanes will mitigate congestion and provide safety improvements at the Kechter and Timberline intersection.
The intersection will remain open to traffic; however, travelers can expect narrow lanes and delays in the vicinity of the intersection. Construction is anticipated to take two months. Access to Willow Springs Way will be maintained at all times.
Project dates are estimates based on favorable conditions; variances may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
