Join this special gym time just for babies ages 0–18 months. Babies can crawl on mats and through tunnels, play with balls and blocks or challenge themselves on the soft obstacle course. Children must be accompanied by an adult. $2.50 per child. Adults are free! No need to register. Classes take place on Fridays from 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Classes will not be held on Mar. 13, Mar. 20, or Apr. 10.
Have fun with your child meeting and playing with others! Activities include arts & crafts, music, social time and pool play. This is a great opportunity for parents in our community to meet others and let your children of the same age socialize and play. Cost to attend is $31 for three sessions. Older siblings may attend and participate for a drop-in fee of $5. Age: 12–24 months.
Opening Reception for Light Space.
Working with transparent, translucent, and reflective materials in combination with all-over patterning Sophia Dixon Dillo creates works that incorporate light and shadow on and between the surfaces. Dillo will construct an installation in the Lincoln Center Main Gallery exploring the transient qualities of light. Visitors will be immersed in an installation made simply of monofilament (fishing line) and light.
