CDOT SRTS Cross-curriculum Lessons for K-8 Students#

For teachers and parents wanting to teach their kids about safe biking and walking through subjects such as math, history, and English, this is the resource for you!

The Colorado Department of Transportation created these lessons for K-8 students to be able to learn more creatively through a variety of subjects.

Bikeology: Bike Lessons Across the Curriculum#

In addition to CDOT's extensive cross-curriculum lesson plans (listed above), this resource provides another extensive set of lessons focusing on bicycles and bike safety for middle- and high-school students.

The curriculum includes a parents' guide, too, with everyday safety lessons that parents can practice with their kids.
