Description

Being a lover of nature and color, I have fallen in love with my new home - Ft. Collins, Colorado, and all the beauty it has to offer. Naturally, my heart was drawn to painting the scenery of our mountains and flowers. I feel that we are truly blessed to have such beauty right in our back yard. Not only do we have such incredible nature to draw inspiration from, but we also have a wonderful city that appreciates the arts. As an artist, what more could I have asked from my home town? In the 30+ years that I have been painting, I have to say that my most memorable experiences have been the times I painted in public places. Knowing that others appreciate art and
want to understand the painting process is encouraging to me.
