The Gardens on Spring Creek has been working closely with the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County to ensure the safety of our guests, volunteers and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic through social distancing measures and capped attendance. All visitors - including Members - are required to reserve admissions tickets for a specific date and time prior to arriving at The Gardens. Visit the admissions page for ticketing information.

Yoga and Tai Chi

Yoga in The Gardens

Embrace the natural setting of our botanical gardens in our Yoga in the Gardens summer flow series. Set outside in The Gardens, these classes are suitable for those 13 and older, of all skill levels and are led by a Family Balance Yoga instructor.

Note for Participants: Class are taught outside and shade is available but limited. Please check the weather and plan accordingly for your comfort and safety during the practice.

Participants are asked to please wear a mask and comfortable clothing that they can easily move in as well as provide their own mats, water bottles, sunscreen and any necessary props.  Masks will not need to be worn during practice.  Participants will have room for appropriate social distancing in our outdoor garden setting. Classes are subject to cancellation if there is inclement weather.

Evening  Yoga in The Gardens

The Gardens is open late on Wednesdays this summer.  Come visit and join us for evening yoga.  Please bring your own mat and water bottle.  Masks are required.  Class will be held in the sun on the Great Lawn, so please plan accordingly.

Registration for these classes is included with admission.  Please reserve your ticket by clicking the date below.  Once on the ticketing page, choose "other times" to select your preferred entrance time.

Tai Chi in The Gardens

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese system of body movement that has been cherished over the centuries for its beneficial impact on health of the heart, bones, nerves, muscles, immune system and the mind.  Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, Tai Chi is widely practiced around the world, preferably in a beautiful outdoor setting. 

Gardens on Spring Creek is delighted to collaborate with our local Tai Chi practitioner and instructor, Min Fan, to offer our members and community this special outdoor class, suitable for all levels.
