Tai Chi in The Gardens
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese system of body movement that has been cherished over the centuries for its beneficial impact on health of the heart, bones, nerves, muscles, immune system and the mind. Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, Tai Chi is widely practiced around the world, preferably in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Gardens on Spring Creek is delighted to collaborate with our local Tai Chi practitioner and instructor, Min Fan, to offer our members and community this special outdoor class, suitable for all levels.
Participants are asked to please wear a mask and comfortable clothing that they can easily move in. Masks will not need to be worn during practice when outside and social distancing can be practiced. Participants will have room for appropriate social distancing in our outdoor garden setting.
Note for Participants: Class are taught outside and shade is available but limited. Please check the weather and plan accordingly for your comfort and safety during the practice.
Classes will be outside and capped at 10 participants. Please dress for the weather. During hazardous weather, classes will be moved to an indoor location and participants will be able to cancel or shift their registration if needed. If we move indoors, classes will shift to a workshop style.
