Yoga in The Gardens

Embrace the natural setting of our botanical gardens in our Yoga in the Gardens summer flow series. Set outside in The Gardens, these classes are suitable for those 13 and older, of all skill levels and are led by a Family Balance Yoga instructor.

Participants are asked to please wear a mask and comfortable clothing that they can easily move in as well as provide their own mats, water bottles, sunscreen and any necessary props.  Masks will not need to be worn during practice.  Participants will have room for appropriate social distancing in our outdoor garden setting. Classes are subject to cancellation if there is inclement weather.

Family Yoga

These classes are for the young child and adult to practice yoga together!  We will learn to meditate, create poses, flow through yoga postures and partner poses and play fun yoga games.  This is the perfect class for all levels of experience and will be best enjoyed by children ages four and up and their caregivers.  As a child and caregiver class, parents must accompany their children.

Members receive 10% off class fees.  Cost includes the yoga class and admission to The Gardens and the Butterfly House.

Gardens on Spring Creek is delighted to collaborate with our local Tai Chi practitioner and instructor, Min Fan, to offer our members and community this special outdoor class, suitable for all levels.

Participants are asked to please wear a mask and comfortable clothing that they can easily move in.  Masks will not need to be worn during practice.  Participants will have room for appropriate social distancing in our outdoor garden setting.
