From forest bathing and meditation to mindfulness and birding, The Gardens offers a selection of wellness programming. We invite you to explore and discover all we have to offer!
Tai Chi in The Gardens
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese system of body movement that has been cherished over the centuries for its beneficial impact on health of the heart, bones, nerves, muscles, immune system and the mind. Often referred to as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi is widely practiced around the world, preferably in a beautiful outdoor setting.
The Gardens on Spring Creek is delighted to collaborate with John Broderick, student of Min Fan, to offer our members and community this special outdoor class, suitable for all levels.
Note for Participants: Classes are taught outside and shade is available but limited. Please check the weather and plan accordingly for your comfort and safety during the practice.
Classes will be capped at 25 participants. Please check in through the main entrance. Class registration includes Gardens admission. Click the date to register for that class.

In this series, we will dive into the highest potential for healing and growth as it pertains to each season. This Yoga and Radical Breathwork workshop is designed with themes around the seasons to enlighten, heal, and connect you to who you truly are.
Forest Bathing Series
Forest Bathing is based on the Japanese practice of “Shinrin Yoku.” It is a multi-sensorial, nature mindfulness experience that uses grounding exercises to connect with nature leaving participants refreshed and relaxed. During this experience, students will be guided mindfully around The Gardens and invited to unplug, engage the senses, talk less and listen more. Maria Fenty. A.A.S, C.M.T., Certified Forest Therapy Guide with Nature and BodyWork Therapies will take participants on a quiet, contemplative walk that integrates gratitude, reflection and creativity.
Note to students: Participants will walk through The Gardens, so please wear appropriate shoes and clothing. Paths are ADA accessible. Wavier must be signed by all participants.
