A Safe Holiday Experience
The Gardens is committed to giving our community a sense of “normal” during these challenging times, and you can count on us to provide a safe and enjoyable holiday experience. To ensure the health and safety of our guests, staff and volunteers, we will be limiting the number of people that attend Garden of Lights each night and utilizing timed admissions. With less than 100 guests per hour, there will plenty of space to social distance over our half-mile loop of festivity. Live entertainment and interactive experiences have been postponed until future seasons and parties will be limited to eight individuals to reduce crowding. Tell the little ones that Santa is social distancing!
All tickets must be purchased in advance online and will not be available at the door, minimizing contact and time in the limited space of the lobby while assisting with the ability to contact trace. Face coverings are required for all attendees throughout the entirety of Garden of Lights.
Per the most recent guidelines, we encourage only members of the same household to attend this event together, or social distancing within groups involving more than one household. Group sizes are limited to eight persons maximum.
Garden of Lights 2020 is a one-way loop. Please follow all directional signage and maintain at least one reindeer length (six feet) between all parties.
Guests are permitted to change their ticket time or date up to 48 hours prior to their originally scheduled time, subject to availability. Guests are also permitted to transfer their ticket to another person, but we require advance notice with updated contact tracing information (name, phone and email of the new ticket holders). Please contact us at gardens@fcgov.com or 970.416.2486 to update your ticket.
