Case Management Transition
Online Payments:
The Court’s online payment system is being upgraded and will not be available Monday, July 21 – noon, Monday, August 4.
During this time, all payments should be made in person, by mail, or deposited in the drop box located inside the north entrance of 215 N. Mason. Ticket and fine deadlines still apply.
Court Closures:
Municipal Court will be closed Thursday, July 31 and Friday, August 1 to allow time for the court to transition case management systems. The court will resume daily operations on Monday, August 4.

General Information
Municipal Court is responsible for administering the operation of the judicial branch of City government according to the ordinance adopted by City Council. Cases adjudicated in Municipal Court include misdemeanors and traffic violations. Generally, cases are brought to Municipal Court by Fort Collins Police Services, Colorado State University Police Department, other City departments and private residents.
