Description

Kristen Vohs’s design, Late Afternoon Forest, is a vivid abstraction of a forest. She converted a row of trees into a series of simple circles. Where the tree tops and the sky meet, the painting is meant to appear as if it is radiating off the tops of the trees—like the reverberation of sound waves dancing right off the piano.
