Local artist James Lynxwiler spent the summer of 2010 in Old Town Square, creating a life-size sculpture that was cast in bronze and placed in a series of two at the northeast corner of Linden and Walnut. His process culminated in a live molten bronze pour demonstration downtown. The exciting project was a cooperative effort between the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and Art in Public Places as part of the DDA's Art in Action program.
