A joint project between the City of Fort Collins Engineering Department and a sponsorship from the adjacent development, Fort Collins artist Chelsea Ermer was selected to paint a mural on the traffic box at this intersection.
Chelsea's design is inspired by the nearby Cache la Poudre River.
