A Fort Collins native, Stewart Case was instrumental in the creation of the city’s parks and recreation department as well as campaigning for recreational development of state-wide resources. Intended to honor the spirit of Stewart Case, a series of three stainless steel sculptures reflect a sense of water through vertical wave forms to create a focal point at the small on-site lake at the park. These sculptures rise up above the water with bright surfaces to reflect light and movement.
