This mural is made of up of a mosaic pattern inspired by both Horsetooth Rock and Diamond Peaks. The mosaic is made up of smaller images to create the overall image.
It is painted utilizing both color and Chris's black and white "finetoon" technique. The color sections will show landscape and sky patterns, and the black and white areas will show pinecones, rock formations, and sky.
Chris has been a professional artist since 2008. He grew up in Fort Collins and has painted over 50 murals along with dozens of commissioned drawings.
