The City of Fort Collins Recreation Department will host Kids in the Park, a free, family-friendly community event at Twin Silo Community Park (5552 Ziegler Road) on Friday, July 25 from 4-7 p.m. Co-presented with Elevations Credit Union, the event features hands-on recreation activities, lawn games, food trucks, live music, bounce houses, Touch-A-Truck experiences, giant bubbles and more.

“Kids in the Park is an incredibly special day in Fort Collins,” says LeAnn Williams, Director of Recreation. “We couldn’t be more excited to provide the community with an opportunity to get outside, enjoy each other’s company, and experience everything our beautiful parks and recreation programs have to offer.”

Twin Silo Community Park is a 54-acre park home to community gardens, a BMX course, pickleball courts, a dog park, ball diamonds, multi-purpose turf fields and a large playground for event attendees to explore.

Free parking for Kids in the Park attendees is available at Fossil Ridge High School, and ADA parking will be accessible at the main entrance to the park off Ziegler Road.
