Duties

Approves variances from the requirements of the Land Use Code and to hear and decide appeals from any decision made by an administrative official pertaining to a specific property.

Recommended Qualifications

A willingness to attend and come prepared for commission meetings. Having a concern for serving the public interest.

Time Commitment

5-6 hours a month.

History

Prior to April 20, 2021, the Land Use Review Commission was called the Zoning Board of Appeals. [Ordinance No. 049, 2021]
