The City has implemented NEW downtown parking polices...»

The City operates two parking structures in downtown Fort Colllins. The Civic Center Parking Structure is located at the intersection of Mason and LaPorte. The Old Town Parking Structure is located at 100 Remington.

Fees (applicable to both parking structures):

  • First hour free, then fifty cents for each additional hour
  • Monthly permits can be purchased by calling Fort Collins Parking Services at 221-6617.
    • Regular monthly - $44 ($8 discount if purchased/renewed early)
    • Rooftop monthly - $24 ($6 discount if purchased/renewed early)
    • Shared rooftop permits monthly - (2 to 3 persons) $24 total ($6 discount if purchased/renewed early)
  • Parking is free on Sundays and City holidays.

Secure Bicycle Parking

  • Where: Located downtown at the cross streets of Mason St. and Laporte Rd in Civic Center Parking Garage
  • What: The Bike Cage (South end of garage, lower level)
  • Who: For use by anyone who has a parking garage permit.
  • Cost: The cost for the bike cage is free for anyone who has an existing full-service automobile permit, but they need to come to Parking Services to have their permit "activated" to allow bike cage access. For those without an existing full-service automobile permit, the cost is $5 per month, or $20 per year.

Hours:

Floors 2, 3 and 4 of the Civic Center Parking Structure and floors 2 and 3 of the Old Town Structure are permit only parking Monday-Friday from 7:30a.m. to 5p.m. All spaces become short-term hourly after 5p.m. and on the weekends.

Attendants are on duty from 7:30a.m.-10p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and from 7:30a.m.-2a.m. Thursday through Saturday at both the Civic Center and the Old Town Parking Structures.
