FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Southbound Shields will be closed to traffic between Mountain Avenue and Akin Avenue (two blocks south of Mountain) between Oct. 20 and Dec. 10 due to utility work related to the Oak Street Stormwater Improvements Project.

Southbound traffic on Shields will be detoured at Laporte Avenue to either College Avenue or Taft Hill Road.

The northbound lane on Shields will remain open during this closure.
