The City announced its intent to move forward with updates to how parking is managed in the downtown area on Aug. 27, 2025. The City’s goals for the updated system include:
- Supporting a vibrant and active downtown economy

This engagement event for downtown businesses will be followed by a larger engagement event for the entire community this fall. In addition to that upcoming event, community members can learn more, share feedback and sign up for updates about the Downtown Parking Management Updates at fcgov.com/parkingupdates.
