Concrete repair work scheduled for Lemay Avenue beginning Nov. 22

The City of Fort Collins Streets Department will begin a concrete repair project on Lemay Avenue between Harmony Road and Trilby Road on Monday, Nov. 22, weather permitting.

During construction, lane closures will be in effect and drivers should be aware of changing traffic patterns. Access to residences and businesses will be maintained.

Work is expected to last 12 to 15 days, weather permitting. No work will take place Nov. 25 through Nov. 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

This concrete repair is part of the Streets Maintenance Program and is necessary in advance of asphalt work scheduled on Lemay in 2022.

Project dates are estimates based on favorable conditions; variances may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Work Zone Information

Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., however work may occur outside these times or on the weekends to expedite the project. Alternate routes are suggested to avoid the construction zones.
