The City of Fort Collins has scheduled two virtual public meetings in November to inform residents about potential changes to the City’s exterior lighting code standards and receive public input.
The meetings are scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 12, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The same information will be presented at both meetings.
Proposed changes and links to the Zoom meetings can be found online at www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/lighting-regulations.
In February, the City organized tours to educate the public about the City’s current lighting code standards and how those rules may be affected by potential changes.
City staff used feedback from those tours to help draft proposed updates.
