The driver of the truck, a 24-year-old man from Fort Collins, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Drake Road was closed between Iowa Drive and Miles House Avenue for approximately 3 hours while officers processed the scene. Investigators are working to determine if the sedan stopped for the stop sign or if speed was involved. Police do not suspect either driver was impaired.
