July 6 Tweet & Greet Kicks off “Transfort Tuesdays”, a Celebration of Riders and the Community
Show archived press release
Transfort is pleased to announce a summer campaign that celebrates its riders and the whole Fort Collins community on special “Transfort Tuesdays”.
Do you ride MAX? Have you given one of our other routes a try? Riding transit to work or errands is a great way to save money on gas, car maintenance and avoid parking hassles and traffic woes. With more than 20 routes, Transfort can take you where you need to go. Ride Transfort on Tuesdays this summer to give our routes a try! Watch for specially decorated Transfort buses on our regular routes with rotating themes, prizes and activities for riders. Some of the activities include social media scavenger hunts, online BuzzFeed style quiz, food truck rally and a special conga line around the Downtown Transit Center. Transfort Tuesdays runs through August 25.
The festivities kick off July 6 during a special Tweet and Greet with Transfort General Manager Kurt Ravenschlag and members of his staff. Tweet or post questions and comments to Transfort before the event and during the event @ridetransfort.com or on Transfort’s Facebook page.
Follow timely updates about the campaign at ridetransfort.com, @ridetransfort (Twitter), or on Facebook.
