On June 19, 2025, Fort Collins Police (FCPS), with the assistance of Loveland Police SWAT, arrested Garett Van Mullins (dob 01/07/91) for charges of Unlawful Distribution of Marijuana to a Minor (a Class 3 Felony). Van Mullins is the subject of an ongoing investigation regarding underage marijuana sales using social media sites and the moniker “420 Minister” and “I Am Foundation Church” in Fort Collins and surrounding Front Range communities. Charges are merely an accusation by law enforcement and all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
