Transfort to resume evening service and frequency on several routes and late-night MAX service

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Transfort, the public transportation operator for the City of Fort Collins, announced today important service updates restoring service on several key routes in addition to evening service on MAX.
Beginning May 19, evening service and frequency will be restored on the following routes:
- Route 6 will be restored to full-service levels including evening service. The last departure from the CSU Transit Center (CTC) will be at 9:50 p.m.
- Route 7 will have 30-minute service from 6:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., and hourly service from 6:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., with the last departure from CTC at 10:15 p.m.
- Route 16 evening service will be restored. The last departure from the South Transit Center (STC) will be at 9:45 p.m.
- Route 19 will be restored to full-service including 30-minute service during peak morning and afternoon hours, when PSD and/or CSU is in session.
- MAX will return to full-service Monday – Saturday including late-night service until midnight. The last northbound departure from STC will be at 11:33 p.m. The last southbound departure from the Downtown Transit Center (DTC) will be at 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
“These service updates will make it easier for people to reach jobs, education, healthcare and entertainment,” said Kaley Zeisel, Transit Director. “Transfort plays a vital role in connecting our community, supporting economic health, and we’re proud to bring back this essential service.”
