UPDATE: City phone lines restored

Update 1:20 p.m. – City phone lines have been restored. City IT will continue to monitor the situation with CenturyLink/Lumen Technologies.

Many City of Fort Collins telephone lines are currently down due to outages affecting the City’s telecommunications provider, CenturyLink/Lumen Technologies Inc.
- Emergency services/9-1-1 are functioning correctly, though the Police Non-Emergency line is affected by the outage. Non-emergency incidents can be reported online at www.fcgov.com/police/coplogic-start-report.
- Utility payments can be made in person at 222 Laporte Ave. or online at www.fcgov.com/payment-options.
- Other departments can be reached via email (www.fcgov.com/cityservices) or in person.
The City’s IT technicians are working with CenturyLink/Lumen to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
