Housing Strategic Plan Update Archive#

In the fall of 2019, the City of Fort Collins, along with multiple community partners, launched the grant-funded, two-year Home2Health project to set the stage for the 2020 updated to the existing Affordable Housing Strategic Plan. The objective of the Home2Health project was to implement updates to policies, codes, and regulations to improve housing affordability with a specific emphasis on health equity. This effort was based on community dialogue and capacity building - so that the voices and ideas of community members who are experiencing the day-to-day reality of housing instability were reflected in the policy decisions. This page highlights key events from the Home2Health project and the update process for the Housing Strategic Plan.
