Lakeview on the Rise#

Lakeview on the rise is a housing project on highway 287
south of Trilby Road. This project requires an onsite sanitary
sewer installation in Portner, Trilby, Debra, Rick and College
Avenue during the summer of 2019.

This sewer line construction will have a major impact to the
streets where the pipe is installed and will require closures
of these streets during construction. Please see front for a
phasing plan with details about the traffic control impacts.
