Riverside Technology, Inc. primarily a software company, provides dozens of services to a variety of clients, including software engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic engineering, streamflow forcasting, financial analysis, model development, geographic information systems, and remote sensing.
Spanning the globe, Riverside Technology collects data on water and natural resources on nearly every continent. The planet only has so many natural resources. Monitoring the local conditions is a matter of life and death for many communities. The information that Riverside compiles and synthesizes helps their clients make the best business decisions possible.
Clients include private industry, state and local governments, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the United States Geological Survey (USGS). Riverside’s headquarters are in Fort Collins with satellite offices in Maryland, Hawaii, Texas, South Dakota and Alaska.
2009 has been a very good year for Riverside. They’ve added staff, were honored by the Northern Colorado Business Report as a Mercury 100 Fastest Growing Company, are under contract with the Integrated Data and Environmental Applications Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, were awarded stimulus funding to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and are partners with fellow Fort Collins company, ITX, in an $8 million contract from NOAA. Congratulations on your successes!
