Utility Rates Allocation#

The information linked from this page shows how costs are allocated through the rates for the current year.
Fort Collins Utilities conducts cost-of-service studies to determine the rates customers pay for utility services (electric, water, wastewater and stormwater).
Rates include operational costs, such as billing, capital improvements, PILOTs, streetlights and others. City Council approves rates by ordinance annually or when needed.
